As a direct result of a chemical explosion at the Fort Johnson military base, a deleterious cloud filled with corrosive acid rain blankets the South Shore of Long Island. With the imminent threat of flesh-dissolving showers sending shivers down the spine, the officers of a local police department precinct are about to have a deadly shift from hell.
